In the event of bloated packaging, do not worry as it is due to fermentation of the Kimchi which is normal and safe. Upon receiving the product, do open the top seal of the packaging within 3 - 5 days from delivery date, to allow any built up gas escape before re-sealing it using the top zipper to avoid bursting and spillage of the packaging.
