Ordering & Payment Process

Unfortunately we do not have delivery slots available for selection as of now.

 

For different areas, there are different time ranges, please drop our team a message via WhatsApp to find out more about the estimated time range for your area. Thank you!

Please contact us immediately on the day of delivery with your order number as well as the issue faced to our hotline at +65 8876 9776 via WhatsApp and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Note: Please do not make any payment before receiving the invoice which out team will send you via WhatsApp, as the weight for some products do not have fixed weight.


STEP 1 – Your products will be packed & weighed 1 day before delivery.

STEP 2 – Once the packing is done, our team will generate your invoice and send it to you via WhatsApp message to check for any discrepancies (Usually between 5 - 7pm).

STEP 3 – Modes of payment available:

STEP 1 – Sign up for an account (for new customers) or login to your existing account (Earn points for discount while you shop us with!)

STEP 2 – Shop on our website and start adding your preferred products to cart by clicking on the "Add To Cart" button.

STEP 3 – Once you have finalised your shopping list, proceed to check out by clicking on the cart button on the top right hand corner of the website.

STEP 4 – At the checkout page, check on the following points:

           -> Check that the products and quantities added are correct

           -> Select your desired delivery date

           -> Leave a remark for your order such as delivery note or cutting description for products (OPTIONAL)

           -> Apply discount codes (OPTIONAL)

           -> Select your delivery method (Ship / Pick up)

           -> Fill in your Shipping address & Billing address

STEP 5 – Proceed with the order placing & get an order confirmation number.

Packaging:

As we are dealing with mostly frozen products, for orders placed on our website with the online rate, products would be packed in Styrofoam boxes with Ice cubes.

 

Transportation:

To ensure that the products stay frozen during delivery, our company had invested in freezer lorries to ensure that the temperatures are met during transportation

Both Walk in purchase & Self-collections are available, they can be done at our warehouse: 22 CHIN BEE ROAD S619829.

Operating hours for walk in purchase:

Monday - Saturday                   9:00am - 1:00pm

Sundays & Public Holidays       9:00am - 12:00pm

Operating hours for Self-collections:

Monday - Saturday                   9:00am - 2:00pm

Sundays & Public Holidays       9:00am - 12:00pm

 

Unfortunately we currently still do not have any other retail stores available in Singapore, but we are working towards opening retail stores around Singapore, so stay tune for it! 

Simply checkout $80 & Above (after applying all discounts) in a single cart to get free shipping! The system will automatically compute the delivery fee

 

Delivery fee: There will be a fixed delivery charge of $15/location for orders below $80 

1. We deliver on Monday - Saturday (Excluding Sundays & Public Holidays)

2. For orders placed on Monday - Friday, next day delivery is available. Simply order before 11.00am one day before delivery to qualify for next day delivery. *We strongly recommend to place orders in advance as the delivery slots may be closed before 11.00am when it is full. 

3. Delivery slots are opened 1 month in advance, do refer to the delivery slots at the checkout page for more information on the next earliest available slots.
